The Club's Executive would like to remind all swimmers and parents that Swim England's changing room policy now "prohibits all use of a mobile phone or device in a changing area during Swim England regulated activity.
This includes, but is not limited to taking photos, texting, making phone calls and browsing the internet".

In this Swim England video, James Diamond, SE's national safeguarding manager, explains the policy and why, (the key details are from just after 2:30 to 3:20 mins, and 4:55 to 6:50 mins).
It is also worth reminding everyone at this time, that no photos or videos are to be taken of any swimmer(s) during lessons/training sessions or at galas without the appropriate authorisation, e.g from the Club and also the venue - e.g. from Volair Ltd's terms and conditions: "The taking of pictures/video using a mobile telephone or any other device with camera technology is not permitted in any Volair facility without authorisation from Volair management".
If anyone has any queries regarding any of the above, please do not hesitate to speak to the Club's Welfare Officer, Julie Doddridge. Julie can also be contacted via welfarePrescotSC@gmail.com
