Below are the entry details for the Percy Mason Gala scheduled for Saturday 30th November & Sunday 1st December. The event is open to 9yrs and over. The club closing date for these entries will be Monday 18th October to enable Simon to submit the entries before Half Term.
All entries should be handed in at the club desk and cheques should be made payable to Prescot SC - not Warrington SC as stated on the form.
